Terms of Service

The service

Baton records voice notes, transcribes and structures them with AI, and passes them on to destinations you configure (such as Slack, email, or your calendar). Baton is provided by mSales Norway AS.

Subscription

Baton Pro is an auto-renewable subscription of USD 14.99 per month, purchased through your Apple ID, with a 3-day free trial for new users. The subscription renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account; refunds are handled by Apple.

Your content

Your notes belong to you. You grant us the limited right to process and store them solely to provide the service. You are responsible for what you record and where you route it, and for having any consent required to record.

Acceptable use

Do not use Baton to break the law, to send spam through its routing features, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI output

Transcripts and structured fields are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Review important details (names, numbers, dates) before acting on them. Baton is not a system of record for legal or medical information.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, mSales Norway AS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
